Friends and Allies is an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting military families and the communities they live in, with a strong focus on families and children across North Carolina. We exist to serve those facing some of life’s most difficult challenges, including domestic violence, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and food insecurity.

Our mission is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and action. We work alongside military families to provide access to critical resources, emotional support, and safe pathways forward during times of crisis. Whether a family is navigating the aftermath of trauma, seeking stability after hardship, or simply needing help putting food on the table, Friends and Allies is committed to showing up with care, dignity, and solutions.
